It is important to inform You that EB&A is a Firm offering legal services, for which purposes it is possible that attending to the nature of the legal service that You request, that it is required to obtain additional from You, sensible data to perform the defense of your interests.

The personal data that EB&A obtains, shall be processed through data processing systems that EB&A uses, handling them in a confidential manner and will be used with the purpose to identify You and perform the representation, defense and protection of Your interests under Your instructions, in virtue of the representation, the contracts, the products, goods or services requested or offered, negotiated, agreed or hired that You require from EB&A.

On the other hand, we inform You hereby that You have the right to initiate a Proceeding for the Protection of Data before the Federal Institute for the Access to the Information and Protection of Data, within 5 business days following the date on which You receive the response from EB&A in connection with the exercise of Your rights or from the date on which a term of 20 business days has elapsed from the date on which your request of exercise of rights is received without receiving any response from EB&A.

Any amendment to this Privacy Notice shall be notified by means of a written communication delivered to your address or a message delivered to your e-mail, or by means of a publication in the Web site of EB&A or in Newspapers of broad circulation.
